30 May 2016: Whoops!

Clumsy. It was the most unthreatening environment imaginable – I was out riding with friends on a perfectly good cycle path. Not paying attention to the bike in front which slowed down to pass some pedestrians, I ran into his back wheel. My 1950s vintage GB brakes couldn’t stop the bike quickly enough. All captured on video…

No significant damage done anyone or the bikes, but it does underline the need to pay attention – and I’ll look around for some better brake pads…
